Are you ready to make a Massive Impact in 2022?

This is the new focus on my home page, to talk to visionary leaders ready to make a Massive Impact. Today’s post, though, is to share part of my process for evaluating my own work.

Every so often I sit with a coach and consider what work I want to do and who I want to work with as clients. Over recent years the shifts in this have been subtle rather than radical, so am sharing my “old” and “new” home page language with you so you can see how I have made that subtle shift.

To give some contextual notes, I decided (with my coach) at the start of this year to really focus on ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS, to bring these forth for clients who are really focussed on making a MASSIVE IMPACT. Prior to this year, the focus with my website language and my work was still with such brave leaders, though more with a focus on OPEN LEADERSHIP.

As you will see from both sets of wording, a constant focus on elevating leadership remains pivotal to having an impact, the subtle shift is simply to focus on that MASSIVE IMPACT and the ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS those visionary leaders know they need to have in order to realise their potential and that of their business.
