He aims at difficult things

“In ardua petit” ~ He aims at difficult things

Motto of the clan McCallum

I’ve had this clan crest for many years, yet only recently did I focus upon that clan motto.

For those who know me, perhaps it seems apposite. Taking the easy path is not what I’m drawn to. I’m one to see opportunities then stretch myself, always have been. I aim at difficult things.

Musing on the fact that this is in my very name and so dates back many hundreds of years.
