Listen with Passion

I passionately adore listening to people, so love this quote from Harriet Lerner, and, as always, the visual from Sketchplanations.

I also choose to be a Sounding Board as my profession, so I get to do what I love every day.

Oh, and each week I have a thirty-minute conversation with a guest, a podcast recorded live. I love these conversations and seek to find a balance where I am listening deeply to the guest while adding my own reflections and thoughts to then bring more of their own thoughts forwards.
