Slow day

Today I’m writing this at about 4pm rather than posting at 8am. Speaks to taking a “slow day”, allowing for a day where nothing much happens.
Sometimes so much seems to happen at once in life or work, planned and unplanned.
It is good, therefore, to sometimes consciously take advantage of a day when nothing much happens.
