Take time to build Trust

Slow down to speed up later

This was the title of a post I wrote some time ago, and ad adage I use often.

Today a concise thought around the power of slowing down to build trust and how that can then accelerate decision-making and action.

Thanks to Rachel Botsman for the inspiration, I feel her continuing work around Trust is really significant, I’ve written around her thoughts for some time, including “Transparency versus Trust?”.

Trust does take time to build, yet when it is truly solid, the speed of thought, agreement, action can be so much faster.

Take time to invest in building trust, the ROI can be immense!
